Egg grading is used in the egg industry to reduce waste, as well as customer confusion regarding egg quality. Using official standards for grading allows egg producers to conduct business and marketing through a common language, and ensures consumers of a consistent quality product.

Our advantage with the poultry products is that we manufacture high-quality modular machines that are affordable and also upgradable.

The sorters have one very great advantage and that is that the drive does not use chains that are used in most machines (much better reliability and almost zero maintenance) and also that a small machine can be relatively easily upgraded to two different larger machines that for small farmers is very beneficial.

Nesting Boxes

Nesting boxes are used for the production of clean eggs in a free range environment. Eggs can be either for commercial use or for fertile eggs. Egg pecking and breakage are also significantly reduced with these AIBO nesting boxes making it ideal for any farmer.
Easy egg collection with the AIBO nesting boxes helps save time and effort with the lid acting as packing shelves while collecting eggs. Tray angle can also be adjusted to suit any farmer’s needs.

250 Hen Nestbox

The 200 to 250 hen nesting box can be used for up to a maximum of 250 hens per nestbox to produce quality clean eggs.

Egg grading machine

Low maintenance and easy operation egg grading and sorting machinery makes the AIBO egg grading machines a well rounded product for any small to medium scale farmer.
These machines require very little maintenance and does have a direct drive system which improves reliability significantly.

ES150 Egg grading machine

ES300 Egg grading machine

Industrial hard produce cutter

This machine is mainly used in the biltong industry for cutting biltong, biltong sticks or droëwors into predetermined lengths. The cutting action of this machine ensure a clean cut every time and significantly improves production and reduces hand fatigue.
The machine can also be used with other food types where a clean cut in predetermined lengths are required.

Inline packaging sieve

The inline sieve is used to remove small particles in food products before packaging. Mainly used on automated packaging and bagging machines.
This eliminates the need for an extra process to remove small particles from food products mainly.
